Membership Info & Benefits
HOW TO JOIN
ICRI chapters operate independently, each with its own bylaws, officers, and dues schedules. However, only National ICRI members are eligible to join a local chapter. Chapter dues are paid in conjunction with ICRI dues. For information about joining the chapter nearest you or for further membership information, see the national web site at www.icri.org
or call the Chapter Relations Coordinator at the ICRI National Office at 703.450.0016. You may also e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
with any questions.
Concrete Repair Bulletin
The bi-monthly magazine to keep you up to date in concrete repair. Technical articles, industry news, new product announcements, a complete calendar of worldwide events, and project profiles.
ICRI members have access to technical assistance in answering questions about repair problems, and to locate sources of help in virtually any repair situation. Personal attention is given to each request, and referrals are made as appropriate to specialists in the field of the inquiry.
Our task groups are producing practical guidelines for many of the operations encountered in the industry. Each ICRI member has the opportunity to review and comment on each guideline before it is approved. Used in situations ranging from instruction of field employees to educating purchasers, the technical guidelines are a valuable aspect of membership.
Meetings and Conventions
Networking and exchange of information are paramount at the two conventions held annually. Technical sessions, committee meetings, exhibits, demos, and social functions highlight these events and each attendee has a wealth of opportunity to interact with experts in the industry. An annual membership meeting is held in conjunction with the World of Concrete, at which the officers and directors are elected.
Who's Who in Concrete Repair
Members receive a copy of the annual ICRI Membership Directory. Used extensively by non-members, this directory is a standard reference in the repair industry.
ICRI sponsors regional seminars and trade shows with the most knowledgeable speakers available in their fields. ICRI is also a cosponsor of the World of Concrete and other programs throughout the world.
ICRI members receive discounts on concrete repair manuals and industry periodicals as well as ICRI-produced publications and videos.
Active chapters exist in many major metropolitan areas and more are in the planning stages. Local chapters provide opportunities to network with other repair professionals. Industry experts share their knowledge and experience with members at chapter meetings.
Each year a series of awards are presented for outstanding projects in the concrete repair field. Entries are accepted in numerous categories of repair, such as parking structures, high rise structures, longevity of repairs, etc. A panel of distinguished judges chooses the outstanding projects and awards are made at a banquet held during the annual convention.
